The MGM Grand Hotel in Macau created a spectacular showcase of Chinese culture and the arts, directed by world renowned film maker Zhang Yimou. I was very pleased to be brought on board to create one of the sections for creative director Dominic Faraway. Ten humanoid dancing robots take to the stage with bespoke video that had to synchronise with both the music and the robot choreography. The piece ends with one of the most insanely fun glitch breakdowns I’ve ever created!
